You will receive a cost estimate for the repair and can then decide whether we should proceed with the repair. You will be charged €20.00 for the item inspection and cost estimate preparation. Should you proceed with the repair, this €20.00 charge will be counted towards repair costs. Your invoice will be enclosed with your safely returned friend. Please note that the item being repaired should not be older than 10–15 years because we only use period correct materials for repair.The following prices apply to repair work:Replacement eyes: €25New music player for baby items: €20New growler or squeaker: €25Sewing and repair work: €50 per hour + material costsWashing or replacing filling: Items without joints:30 cm or smaller: €4530 cm to 90 cm: €5590 cm or larger: €65Items with joints:30 cm or smaller: €6030 cm to 90 cm: €7090 cm or larger: €80Additional charge for items filled with wood shavings and studio items depending on labourShipping and handling costs: €7,50Disclaimer:All cleaning and repair work is carried out to the best of our knowledge and ability.
