In 2016, the Year of the Monkey, the Japan edition of the Miniature Zodiac series was launched. Each year, a new animal is introduced to match the sign of the zodiac. 2023 is the Year of the Rabbit - and here he is. Lovingly crafted from white mohair, the 10 cm sitting rabbit seems to look expectantly into the new year. A red satin ribbon adorns his neck and the pink embroidered, brown edged nose is the eye-catcher on his delicate face.
